RumenPro has an increased biological activity, it quickly "wakes up" and starts to multiply in the rumen, quickly creates an anaerobic environment, thereby effectively influencing the growth of beneficial rumen microflora.

The cells of this strain are capable of fermenting even the most difficult-to-digest feed fragments.

Proteins and polysaccharides in the yeast cell wall trigger the production of new digestive enzymes that provide hydrolysis of feed to low-molecular substances. They are easily digested by microorganisms and can be absorbed on the intestinal villi of cattle.

High survival rate

The record percentage of cell survival of this yeast is ensured by a combination of the following factors:

  • Large size of yeast cells;
  • Dense cell wall, which allows them to be resistant to digestive enzymes of the rumen;
  • Autoselection - yeast synthesis occurs at a low pH of the rumen, what ensures minimal loss of the number of active cells (CFU) when entering the rumen.

Thus, the live yeast RumenPro has increased resistance to the environment and is able to work not only in the rumen of an animal, but also throughout the entire gastrointestinal tract.

Development of intestinal villi

Mannan-oligosaccharides in our strain promote quantitative and qualitative growth of intestinal microvilli. It increases the efficiency of the gastrointestinal tract by improving the absorption of nutrients from the diet.

High sorption activity

The cell walls of this strain consist of mannan-oligosaccharides. They allow to e efficiently adsorb of a whole range of the following harmful substances and prevents their colonization of the gastrointestinal tract:

  • pathogenic bacteria;
  • opportunistic bacteria;
  • mycotoxins.

Live yeast is a sorbent with progressive adsorption capacity, since it is capable of reproduction during passage through the gastrointestinal tract of animals. The high concentration of live yeast in the rumen promotes the formation of a large number of new mannan-glucan complexes capable of working even in the distant parts of the gastrointestinal tract.

Stimulation of the immune response

In addition to the reduced antibiotic load, the animals' immunity is enhanced by the production of immunoglobulin.

This mechanism is provided by the activity of live yeast in the gastrointestinal tract due to the body's reaction to neutralized toxins and pathogens.
